I need to convert a hexagonal into rhombohedral previously I use the virtual nano lab (VNL) but it is not possible now to use VNL. So please can someone help me in this conversion? Thanks in advance and waiting for the expert's valuable replies
You can do it easily with Materials Studio.
In the menu open Build > Crystals > Rebuild Crystal..., choose trigonal groups list, choose your desired rhombohedral spacegroup, and click Rebuild.
Endo, thanks for your valuable reply. But is it possible to convert Cr2O3 kagom monolayer? Previously, I use the VNL for such in g-C4N3 monolayer for transport calculations.

Though I'm not an expert in transport calculations, I guess you want to build a vacuum slab model. You can also do this in Materials Studio.
Open your crystal structure model, and select the menu Build > Surfaces > Cleave Surface. Proceed with an appropriate plane and thickness. Then, select the menu Build > Crystals > Build Vacuum Slab…. to create a vacuum slab model.
