Hi everyone.
I'm trying to implement matlab simulation for HESS with Battery- Supercapacitor. I used a LPF for power sharing between battery and SC. Battery is working fine and respond to all input and output disturbances I created. But SC is not taking any current except at starting. Starting SC current is 6A, later during disturbances its not working. bidirectional boost converters are designed with inner current control and outer pi control. can anyone suggest me a better method to implement power sharing between battery and SC.

Sorry sir, but i didn't get any data you asked. I'm using a 16V, 58F Super capacitor with ESR=22m ohm. my output voltage is 48V and the system frequency is 20kHz.
You have to take into account (your circuit design[1]) that this supercapacitor works properly, only, at low[2] frequencies (
