In an ice formation experiment with initial heated liquid water, ice of buret-brush shape was observed in the center of bulk ice.We thought buret-brush ice was resulted from gas bubbles dissolved the water. Thermal convection and interation between water and a heat wire in liquid water might play a role in this process at macroscopic perspective . However, we had intended to form bulk ice without the disruptor-gas bubbles in order to obtain accurate data for property meaurement. So are there some measurments to be taken to avoid the gas bubbles ?
