I need to find the best curve to fit my data as presented in the file attached (+CI95%)
I cannot find the solution in Graphpad or Medcalc.
On the left part of the slide, the type of curve I want to reproduce (figure from a published paper with the methodology presented in the bottom).
On the right, the raw data on Graphpad.

Yes it is readable but not too informative.
I guess you have repeated measures for a set (or some sets) of individuals.
I this is correct you may use R packages lme4 or nlme, or some other related packages as blme, nlmeU or lmerTest.
