We need to implement AODV-UU in Android. For that we need a perfect ARM compiler. Can anyone tell us how to do this? Thanks in advance.
Can't you just use the Android NDK? You'll probably want to add a normal Android activity to act as a user interface.

That will not work as Android does not use the GNU ABI (Android uses its own C library which is not the same as GNU libc). I would suggest that you try to use the NDK, which is properly integrated with the Android environment; an alternative would be to install Ubuntu or similar in a chroot environment (there are some installs pre-packaged as apps on the Google Play store) and install AODV in that. However, although this should work, it is NOT a native Android application.
One other thing I would add - if you're using Debian or Ubuntu you can install a package gcc-arm-linux-androideabi, which will allow you to build binaries for android's ABI and "bionic" C library on an Intel/AMD Linux host. That might be the simplest approach.
