I have a model and I collected data from the same sample for different time periods (for example before pandemic and during the pandemic). I want to explore if there is a significant difference between those two different time periods. Which analysis should i use?
@Onur Had you mentioned your research questions/objectives and type of data, it would have been better to address the query and suggest accordingly. If you are looking to compare causal relationships among some predictors and outcome variable across pre and post pandemic era, you can apply Multi-Group Analysis using Smart-PLS.
If you have single model that you want to compare at two points, then you should be able to test that with almost any Structural Equation Modeling program, such as AMOS for SPSS.
If you ask how to analyse pre-post event data, I haven't had a chance to work with such data sets but I studied long time ago. Thus, as I remember, you can use anova, ancova, gee, mer, lmm depending on your response variable types.
