Thanks a lot for very kind answer, however I have raster single band, Built up index is an index resulted from mathematical correlation of two or more bands. In my study I have 5 built up area single bands , each one represents different year. My demand is to find up a way to compare spatially between these results , keep in mind to continue with raster.
