I need to combine several indicators related to some vulnerability factors in a geographic area to come for a one vulnerability values. For example:

1. % of malnourished children

2. % household below poverty line

3. % of adults who have completed secondary education

4. Child mortality rate

5. # of crime incidences

Can anyone advise me on how calculate a consolidate value?
