you chop to 1 mm , by drying the natural fiber and chop in machine, you have fabricate the machine for making accuracy to 1 mm

Use a Universal cutter machine.

The best way is to ensure the good drying of the fibers after being very well washed and cleaned from dirt and impurities, then perform the physical treatment method by subjecting the fibers to a stepwise grinding using a deluxe grinding machine, as simply shown in any of my published articles.
