I try to pattern the gold layer around 2 nm-20nm on silicon, I used around 2000nm thickness (PMMA 950K A13), I tried to pattern five samples in total, but only one showed the pattern I wanted. I wonder if this is because I chose a thicker PMMA or other reasons.
