I think, it is possible just by bending it slightly without damaging it
Rogers 3004c and FR4 fiber glass substrate is rigid.
Rogers 3010 is not.
The difference is clear when you touch then. A slight bending will tell you.
If you purchase good materials, they will be conformal. You can bend it over cylindrical/conical surfaces. If you want to use it to make wearable antenna , it is better to use jeans/normal cotton etc fabric materials. Quality must be good to have low loss tangent. But still, they will show high loss. If you still want to go for low loss materials, then, use good paper as substrate material. Just give one sided 'cu or aluminum' coating to use it ground. Give similar coating for patch also. I've seen one paper very recently, most probably published in 2016 or early 2017. Please check at IEEE AP or IEEE AWPL
