If you purchase good materials, they will be conformal. You can bend it over cylindrical/conical surfaces. If you want to use it to make wearable antenna , it is better to use jeans/normal cotton etc fabric materials. Quality must be good to have low loss tangent. But still, they will show high loss. If you still want to go for low loss materials, then, use good paper as substrate material. Just give one sided 'cu or aluminum' coating to use it ground. Give similar coating for patch also.
