In first time you must fix the solution set up : maximum number of passes, maximum Delta S, after in the options you fix Maximum refinement per pass, minimum passes and minimum converged passes

For hfss, I usually set deltaS to 0.0002 and maximum number of passes to 10 or 15 Check the convergence before viewing the results by left clik on setup1 in analysis then convergence choice plot you can so verify it easly.

The  dimension of wave port will be 6*w (width of microstrip line) and 5*h (thickness of substrate) i used this for good results. and i recommended u to see the tuterial

but when i used wave port the error is generated that lumped port can be assigne internal not wave port. help me out and thanks for reply

u cannot assign a waveport to inside of a object, that is why u get an error in HFSS , u can only assign a lumped port to inside of an object

A possible solution to the problem of using waveport inside the structure is to put an additional PEC object right behind the waveport.

What parinaz says is alright for running the simulation, but one should also note the physics of the problem, i am hinting towards the integration line in waveport setup.
