I am following this methodology

Nanoparticle samples (0.1 g per part) containing different concentrations (8,9,10,15ml) of clove essential oil were dissolved separately in 2 mL of absolute ethanol. The mixture of nanoparticles and ethanol was heated for 30min at (50 C) until completely dissolved. The absorbency of the solution was then determined at 325 nm by UV-visible spectrophotometer and the result was compared to that of the standard curve of pure clove essential oil. clove essential oil was diluted in absolute ethanol by serial dilution method to obtain a series of concentrations so I need to know how to make these dilutions for good results is there any effective way other way to find the encapsulation efficiency of PEG-based nanocapsule
