Dear scientific community,
We used to performe many separations and detections on our GC MS (Perkin elmer Clarus 580-SQ8S), but recently we can not separate fatty acids( few ones appears in methylated-silylated samples), we have some peaks for essential oil with considerable diminution in the peaks intensity.
The masse autotune with FC43 was done with success, we have trimmed 0.5 m of the column from the inlet side but unfortunatly with no amelioration.
We will be genuinely very gratful for your recommandations.
