I am asked to design and training plan that fits within an organization objectives but the problem is that am worried whether the training I carry out will suite the aged group or it should be conducted to the managers then to the employees?
Experienced employees will feel the value for training when the instances created for learning induces application oriented explorations and scenarios. Such of those training instances should mirror the actual real time problems and offer scope and direction towards a solution.
Positioning experienced employees as trainers in the process would help them progress in their leadership attributes and also build goodwill and respect from juniors in the organization.
Thank you so much for your answer, I had design a plan that will not make the group feel let out. Also looking into the age and people perception for change my be a condition as well. Not everyone willing to adapt with change.
I have the same problem. How to organize exercises for Parkinson disease, The suggested plane is good. By our community is problem who shall pay, because it is out of health system, and aging people have low many.
