I'm working on creating a follow up study and I need help determining what type of study I'm going to be doing whether its 3x2 or 3x3 please?

Details:

- I have 2 groups of children (preadolescents vs early adolescent: I have chosen to split them)

- 120 of those children have mother with depression (main focus to see if through their depression their own children can develop depression)

- 103 do not have mothers with depression (recruited both groups though)

- 3 sets of stimuli being presented to each child (after they do 5 questionnaires)

I am testing to see if to each stimuli the children respond with a detailed memory (will be code as categoric) or a none specific (coded as extended).

I think I have a 3x3 factorial design study but I'm not sure thus, I would really appreciate your guidance.
