1- dry extract after extraction in rotary evaporate (mg/g dry extract)

calculate how many mg dry extract in g dry sample

2- weight gram sample in 10 ml ethanol 80%, then measure phenol in extract

C : concentration of polyphenols in mg AGE/g DE

c : concentration obtained from the standard curve of gallic acid =0,0658mg.

V : volume of extract used in the assay.

m : masse of extract in g.

First, if your dry sample is the plant material you can express your polyphenol dosage result only based on dry plant material. On the other hand, if it is about dry extract you can express it according to the dry extract and according to the plant material used after calculating the extraction yield. Secondly, passing from 0.1 g ml to 10 mg / ml your dilution factor is 10 and not 50. Finally, if you consider your result 3.29 mg GAE/ ml as just, you have 3.29 mg GAE / 0.1 g of dry sample this which makes you 32.9 mg GAE / 1 g of dry sample.
