Dear Dr R K Kumawat ,

I answered many questions on the research gate asking almost the same question.

The simplest method is to measure the Rs by calculating the inverse slope of the illuminated I-V curve at the open circuit point.

It is so that Rs= 1/slope of the illuminated I-V curve of the panel or the array or the cell.

The shunt resistance can be determined from the relation

Rsh= 1/slope of the illuminated I-V curve at the short-circuit point V=o

The series resistance in a solar cell has three causes: firstly, the movement of current through the emitter and base of the solar cell; secondly, the contact resistance between the metal contact and the silicon; and finally the resistance of the top and rear metal contacts. The main impact of series resistance is to reduce the fill factor, although excessively high values may also reduce the short-circuit current.

we have the volt-amper relation of pv cell.in some irradiance an temperature value, we maesure the output voltages and currents.then we put these sampling data in to volt-amper equation and solve these nonliner equations for finding of rs ,rp ,i0 and so on.
