I would like to calculate the radius of gyration in nanoseconds(ns), as it is in many publications, instead of picoseconds(ps). How to change the units (in grace) or how to modify the command to have the graph in nanoseconds?

You have two options.
1. Write a very simple script in whatever language you like to divide the x-values by 1000.
2. Use the "Special" tab for the x-axis in Grace to change the tick marks and labels to simply read as the corresponding values in ns.
If I understood your Q: Grace is some piece of software, right?
Please share URL of that software (in a case it is free) so we can check it...
Yes, Grace is the software that i used to visualize the graph in .xvg format.

it seems it works on any Unix-like operating system. In my case I am using only MS Windows...
