As per my knowledge it has been rated on a 4 or 5 point scale and their simple percentage average is been found to the total people surveyed on a scale from very high spirit to low or lowest hope this help you.
Hi, you can check the website and get the contact to obtain the methodology that supports the questionnaire that is applied. Some years ago I worked with them in the application of the survey and in the preparation of the report. They used to be very open about the methodology.
