I did EDAX analysis for determining the amount of Calcium, Phophorous and Fluoride on my samples and got the data in wt % like 54.21 , 38.86 and 6.94 respectively. Can anyone please tell how to calculate the amount of minerals present on my samples ?

although your wt. % values come close to F-bearing Ca phosphate, you must recalculate your values into atomic weight percentage to get a rough idea of the chemical composition which can also contain carbon dioxide and water which do not show up among your EDAX results.

In additions to the chemical EDAX data, you should perform bulk powdered XRD analysis for identifying the mineral phases in the sample.
If the sample is already defined as monomineralic (e.g., fluorapatite Ca5(PO4)3F), hence you can calculate this mineral content based on the stoichiometric composition: 39.74 % Ca, 18.43 % P, 38.07 % O, and 3.77 % F.

Still I have got one more doubt : Is it possible to change these wt % values in to numerals to do the statistical analysis. If so, how to do?
Calcium: Wt% (52.41) and At % (45.51)
Phosphorous: Wt % (38.86) and At % (42.21)
Flouride: Wt % (6.94) and At % (12.29)
