We are studying the photocatalytic activity of Mn doped TiO2 nanostructures. I need to know how to calculate the electron/hole recombination lifetime. Please let me know if you have an example for the calculation.
I am attaching couple of papers. The first two papers are review work that could be useful for your research. The third paper is actual recombination lifetime measurements through optical excitation which I believe is pretty robust, precise and curt technique. I am also attaching Professor Dr. Schroder's book on device characterization which you can browse to select the technique for which in-house instrumentation is available to you.
