How to calculate the battery power consumption & bandwidth of single node in Wireless sensor networks?

I want to calculate the battery power consumed by the individual sensor nodes and also the total power consumption, bandwidth of the sensor network......Kindly suggest me some method to do the above......like formulas or models etc....
