You should ask such questions directly from Zemax Support
In theory, the maximum MTF frequency should be to the limits of Diffraction at wavelength you are using your Telescope. Zemax will provide you the MTF plot for the optical system you design. Best MTF is at Diffraction Limits, when you can not recognize the image.
