To solve your problem it is necessary to determine the minimum amount of DDS in a monomolecular layer on the surface of your particles. This is the minimum amount of DDS that will be required. It is therefore necessary
1. determine the average volume of a particle (TEM, SEM)
2. Determine the concentration of particles in 100 ml (You know the mass of all particles, because рrepare the dispersion. You know the mass of one particle).
3. Calculate the total area of all nanoparticles.
4. One molecule of DDS in the monomolecular layer occupies an area of 0.25 nm2.
5. Knowing the total area and area per molecule, you will calculate the concentration of DDS.
Usually 2 monolayers are required for stabilization. Then the concentration of DDS should be doubled.
