I'm guessing axis labeled "A" is the Voltage and "B" is the time? Your dv/dt is the slope of the straight lines. Your capacitance then is then then current (1mA) divided by that slope. A perfect capacitor will have a clear saw-tooth pattern, the changes in slope that you get towards the full charge and full discharge of your cycles are deviation from ideal behavior.
