How to calculate reliability for the data with ceiling effect?

I need to calculate a test-retest reliability but the data has strong ceiling effect so I end up with bad correlation using Pearson correlation. Is there a better way to calculate the reliability of this test-retest data with ceiling effect?

First look if you do not have Outlier in your data.

Also try using the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) method
