I am afraid that your question is somewhat unclear. Do you know the structure? (it is do you have the so-called pdb file) or do you know the primary sequence? (in other words can you create a so-called FASTA form) etc. etc.

There are some tools (no personal experience so you have to try them yourself) that can calculate/predict/identify so-called kink helices (presumably give information about angles as well).
