How to calculate monetary value of the Ecosystem Services of PM10 and PM2.5 of a particular city based on conservative value of a life year ?

I have calculated the deposition or removal amount of PM10 of a particular city (Berlin) in Europe. Now I would like to calculate the Monetary valuation of PM10 and PM2.5 separately. Which parameter have to consider for different city contexts and how to calculate the Monetary valuation from the amount of PM deposition or removal amount of PM ?
