How to calculate manpower requirement for 300 crore housing project?

We have got an order for 300 crore housing project consists of 10000 sqft in 6 floors of each 11 blocks. Estimate various labour requirement to complete the project in 15 months.

Hi,

you need use MS Project (or Primavera) soft. To estimate duration of works you need detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
