I am asking you to explain how to calculate in Origin Ksv and Ka of BSA fluorescence quenching? I have a nonlinear plot, so I cannot use the Stern-Volmer equation. I am attaching a photo of the plot.
I found that there is static and dynamic quenching and should be used the equation:
