I am designing a rectifier at microwave frequencies. But I don't know the exact procedure to calculate Impedance of diode used in it. I also want to know that how to decide the microstrip line length and width between different lumped components.How to calculate load value.

If it is about a single given diode, you can find its impedance from the datasheet. But if it is about a combination of series and shunt diodes, you need in this case to do a mathematical calculation.
However, the transmission line width must be calculated based on your input impedance (or output impedance) of your diode and the height and permittivity of your substrate. On the other hand, the length of the line depends on the operating frequency or matching condition (if you need to use stubs for matching the output and input ports). Generally, we use a half wavelength line to not affect the system behavior.
