Dear ALI, you can calculate heat transfer coefficient from nusselt number if you calculater hydraulic diameter for your concentric annuli (Dh=Dout-Din) in your case. there are several correlation to calculate nusselt or h in transition flow inside concentric annuli channel. My regards
