How to calculate FIRE WEATHER INDEX (FWI) ?

I am currently implementing an application to calculate the FWI in real time. knowing that I have a meteorological station (temperature, humidity, wind speed and rainfall). I would like to know at what time of day to calculate this index and with what values (the average of the past day or at specific times?). and can i calculate this index every hour?
