I measured the fatty acid composition in % of total fatty acid (meat sample) by Gas chromatography. Now I want to calculate in ug/g. But I do not understand. So need cordial help. Thanks in advance.

You can do that using internal standard method, like adding C15 or C17 fatty acid of known concentration into the sample before injecting in GC. Based on area of internal standard, it is possible to report fatty acid composition in mg/g
