How to calculate EASA for Pd nano particles ?

as mentioned in various articles formula, EASA = Q/ 0.405/ [Pd]? I am confuse how to know the Q value. Please any one can explain this. I am new in this field

0.405 is charge required for the reduction of PdO

where[Pd] represents the Pd loading in mg cm−2).
