My question is regarding modeling an RC beam/column in OpenSees using CONCRET01 uniaxial material based on concrete compressive strength, f'c (based on an experiment).
While only f'c (e.g. 30 MPa) is reported, how other necessary parameters can be estimated?
1: fc (Core) = 30 MPa
2: fcu (Core) = ?
3: ec (Core) = ?
4: ecu (Core) ?
5: fc (Cover) = ?
6: fcu (Cover) = ?
7: ec (Cover) = ?
8: ecu (Cover) = ?
P.S. I am looking for simple formulas NOT comprehensive and complex relationships.

I already figured out how to get confined core and unconfined cover concrete parameters based on Mander. I simply use the values that SAP2000 generates based on the f'c. It would be very easy.
