How to calculate average roughness, interface width and height-height correlation function using the XYZ data of AFM image in Matlab?

I have some XYZ data of AFM images for a thin film. I want to calculate the average roughness, interface width and height-height correlation function. How to do it in Matlab?

Thank you ma'am for your kind reply. But, my question was how to code or could I get the code from somewhere to calculate the parameters. I am totally new to coding!
