I have from experimental data voltage vs capacity graph of Lithium ion battery.
In the image attach I show the curve of charge and discharge.
From semiconductor course I know that the plateau voltage should be in the range where the curve is more horizontal, but from this curve now I need the average voltage.
How can I calculate average voltage from plateau voltage curve?
I think what you need is actually the exact voltage position of the intercalation reaction. If so, I suggest you get a differential capacity curve, e.g. dQ/dV, from your original curve. It will be of a bit trouble. But you will know almost the exact voltage position under a certain (dis)charging current density.

I agree. Plot dQ/dV against V and you will easily see V where most of your electrochemistry occurs - often you will be able to compare this to the literature to understand the nature of those processes

In commercial batteries is common see nominal voltage, is this the same voltage that is reported in literature?
Look more easy calculate nominal voltage then dQ/dV curve.
Why is the different between both methods?
To calculate the Average discharge voltage just divide the energy (mAhV) by the maximun capacity (mAh).
you calculate the Energy by the area of discharge curve.
This is the average discharge potential of the battery, the same if you do for oxidation.
