Now you please tell the answer to your question since I am also interested to know the preparation of double Perovskites by soil-gel method.
You are most welcome dear Atul Kumar Agrawal
I guess it always involves mathematical formula's, but is it is not sam in every cane. For instance there is differenc between weight, volume, mol. weight based, etc. Question need further exploration.
I tell you. Is the calculation of chemicals your question?
If yes, then we can calculate via the unitary method.
If not satisfied then tell me further.
It seems that your question is old. So, Dr. S K Jaiswal must tell you.
Hi, I have problems with running gel electrophoresis. I have tried agarose gel electrophoresis and native PAGE. I have two proteins, which have molecular weights of ~30kDa and ~180kDa and two...

Can someone please give me some possible things that could go wrong? Here is my recipe: 0.5g Agarose 50 mL of TAE 1x 1 uL ethyl bromide. Gel was run at 100V for 1 hour. The buffer used is also TAE.
