I am a newbie in Silvaco simulation and I have a question.

I have to create a silvaco simulation program to confirm H2 sensing performance of my device. My structure is Pt/AlGaN/GaN, as following the H2 sensing mechanism, when sensor device is exposed in Hydrogen environment, H2 dissociate on the Pt surface to become H atoms then diffuse through Pt to the schottky barrier and forming a dipole layer there, that makes the SBH lower and the sensor device gain more drain Current than that in air .

I tried interface charge but it didn't work. If someone known how to do it, please give me some ideas. Thank you so much
