Ein gutes Produkt wirbt für sich. This German saying means "A good product advertises itself".
There are several ranking , sometimes contradicting, measurements. My own opinion is that I think of them as "suspicious". What do they aim at ? Why they "deliberately" focus upon some places & ignore others? Can money buy them to advertise certain universities or cannot?
What is required by a university is very simple: Be sure that each one of your staff does his/her job properly & honestly.
Dear, University ranking can come up by ensuring quality teaching, learning and research. The University should solve societal problems and ensure development of mankind.
