How to avoid blow back in hybrid rocket motor when using nitrous oxide such that flame or hot gasses from the combustion chamber should not propagate back through the injector, igniting the oxidizer and leading to a tank explosion.

You can use a porous material before the injector. This will provide a homogeneous distribution of your nitrous oxide flow and most importantly suppress a possible backflow of the flame.
