At the initial state of my case study, the salt water has already intruded inside the aquifer. I have measurements for hydraulic head at different observation points covering the aquifer. As I understood from the manual (I’m a beginner) that an equivalent hydraulic heads should be inserted as input either at boundary conditions or for observation wells. I could calculate the equivalent at the boundary condition because its seawater with known density, however over the aquifer its brackish water and I don’t know the density and do know the salinity. How I could insert the measurements correctly?.

I looked up for the recommended publication but I found one under title of " Strobl, G. The European Physical Journal E 3(2), 165-183.", I believe that this isn't what you mean. Can you please help me with some key words of the publication title and I'll look for it?.

In order to derive a law of coupled flow under these circumstances, let us consider the speed of water in each case in private so that we can derive the general law governing the flow of combined cases.
The speed of the water is directly proportional to the hydraulic gradient. In other words,

The speed of the water is directly proportional to the thermal gradient. In other words,

C. The speed of the water is directly proportional to the chemical gradient, ie:
