Dear Sir,

It is very simply and easy to collaborate with govt. reseach organizations such as BARC, UGC DAE CSR labs, CSIR labs, NPL or NCL laboratories. You have to follow few processes. These are following:

1. First contact the lab/ instrument incharge/scientist via email. And permission from there.

2. After getting permission, you have to fill user form if required.

3. After that send your student or yourself or sample(s) to the respective scientists.

4. Get data, analyse, write manuscript and gives the name or knowledgement to the collaborates and publish the paper.

These organizations are always waiting for the new collaborates. The rules of some organizations may be different from the others.
