can anyone help me how to write research question the topic is obesity effect on CVD system I would like to used qualitative methods

I don't think that either ontology or epistemology have much to do with writing research questions, because they are a matter of philosophy, rather than anything to do with the relationship between two empirical items such as obesity and CVD.
