Would you please suggest me any analysing technique for tafel curve in the primary Zn air battery device. And which instruments do I need to perform to get the tafel curve for my material?. If you give a detailed information regarding this technique it will be very helpful.

The Tafel curve is actually Tafel lines in potential-log (current) plot under the conditions that electron transfer is rate determining step in the overall electrochemical reaction. So for the cell you cannot perform Tafel analysis. You can record Zn anodic curve, and in E-log(j) plot determine the Tafel slope and eventually exchange current density. Oxygen reduction is mostly diffusion controlled, so Tafel analysis cannot be performed.

Please see attached file. As you can see the best sample is (c) with corrosion current of 6.3 A. But it seems something wrong with used units. Authors give log (j /A), but such high currents are practically impossible, it is probably mA or uA?. In the paper authors did not reported surface area, but from their Table 1 it is obvious that current is in mA not in A. My extrapolation suggests that corrosion stability are in the order c>b~d>a. The role of the PANI in strong alkaline solution (PANI is in the base nonconducting form) is not easy to explain, but probably some electronic effect between PANI and Zn exist.
