In our research, the DNA vaccine encoding Hsp33 gene of Vibrio anguillarum was made and proved to confer immune protective effect for fish. however, the Hsp33 was belong to the intracellular protein of V. anguillarum. So, i was wondering how the Hsp33 DNA vaccine provide the protective effect and how the induced immune system of fish recognizes specific pathogens by HSP in challenge?
