drones fly at high altitudes with great speeds but what is the maximum speeds they travel without breaking network coverage ? and how the handover done in such since drone network means FANET are moving in infraless without any base station

some handover schems uses IEEE 802.11 WiFi but still confusion whether there is base station in air or not to handle handover
