It is observed that the gas interaction with oxide nanoforms effectively changes the effective dielectric constant which is measurable in terms of capacitance change of the device. However, microwave transmission, reflection and absorption also are related to dielectric constant. But it is not clear that in which or what proportionate, these parameters (transmission, reflection and absorption) will change due to gas interaction. Is there any probability to absorb different frequency depending on different gas ambient? If it is, then what measures should be considered?
